ROCC.tv is providing people and organizations
the opportunity to Purchase Commercial Air
Time at a 50% discount for a limited time.
Below are the rates for a 30-second commercial
spot. ROCC.tv requires a 6-month commitment
for advertising to secure these rates. Your
commercial(s) will be aired at least 10 times
a week, for at least 80 showings in one month!
You will reach a US Domestic and a wide International
Audience. See our home page for a list of the coverage.
Using the Daytime rates below (this is the
average when combining all Day Parts and
assumes the commercial will be evenly split
accross our Day Parts), the normal monthly
price for Eighty 30-second commercials would
be $2,400, but for a limited time, ROCC is
providing a 50% discount:

- You would write, shoot, and edit your own
commercial and provide it to us. (acceptable
format is Beta SP, or MiniDV).
- Billing is required one month in advance
on a monthly basis.
- A six month contract is required.
- If the commercial is for a product, you will
provide order fulfillment (Including the 800 number)
- A committee will review and approve all commercials
in terms of production value. If the commercial
is of poor production quality, it will not
be aired.
- The Commercials will be aired in over 130
Million homes (By June 1, 2006) worldwide.
Already we are being broadcasting on AMC4
(North & Central America, and the Caribbean),
and as of 4/15/06 we will bePamAmSat (signal covers over 80% of the world's
population).
